The C is IL Cazar's limited-key "boutique living" concept in Ras El Hekma — a low-density community of single-family homes (G+2) rather than a high-volume village. Built on a terraced plan up to 46 meters above sea level, the vast majority of the 114-acre site is left as green space and swimmable natural lagoons, with private beach cabanas and a boutique hotel wing for residents.
