About Safia
Safia is IL Cazar's Ras El Hekma village, raised up to 40 meters above sea level so residences look out over a 750-meter beach and the open Mediterranean. Around 70% of the built product is villas, with the remainder chalets, spread across a masterplan that gives roughly 85% of the site to landscaping, lagoons and more than 60 shared amenities.
