About Playa Ras El Hekma
Playa Ras El Hekma is G Developments' terraced beachfront community, its name taken from the Spanish word for beach — the idea the entire village is built around. More than 25 swimmable lagoons run through the 240-acre site alongside the main beach, spreading activity across the village rather than concentrating everyone on one stretch of sand; 70% of units are single-family houses.
