Perla — Natives of the Sea is Nations of Sky's North Coast debut, set at kilometer 173 in Al Dabaa, roughly the midpoint of Egypt's North Coast between Ras El Hekma and Sidi Abdel Rahman. The 325-acre masterplan keeps built footprint to just 12%, leaving the rest to 26 acres of swimmable lagoons, an 830-meter beachfront and open green space across fewer than 1,200 units, the majority of them standalone villas. The village is anchored by a luxury hotel and a boutique hotel alongside four separate clubhouses, and first-row villas are delivered complete with their own private swimming pools.
