Lyv is Gates Developments' Ras El Hekma resort, designed with DMA as consulting architects across three distinct phases so each has its own architectural identity. Roughly 80% of the 206-acre site is given to services, green space and swimmable lagoons, with the rest split between beach houses, chalets, twin houses, townhouses and standalone villas.
