Jefaira is Inertia Egypt's year-round coastal city on Ras El Hekma Bay, designed with 10 Design to function as a real town rather than a summer-only resort. Spread across three main phases — The Cribs, The Quayside and The Furl — the 3.6-kilometer beachfront community layers studios through standalone villas around swimmable lagoons, a marina and a full retail district.
