About Gaia
Gaia is Al Ahly Sabbour's Ras El Hekma resort, its masterplan by award-winning Chapman Taylor built around 45,000 square meters of swimmable lagoons and water features. Named for the Greek earth goddess, the village blends chalets, duplexes, twin houses and villas across a plan that gives roughly 80% of the land to green space and water. The first phase has sold out, with a second phase, Jasmine Gaia, now underway.
